Polar Industries is an Air conditioning and Electrical contracting company, with our head office located in Townsville. Polar Industries commenced trading in 2004, with just one car and one employee. We have since grown to be one of Townsville’s most reputable and reliable suppliers and installers of electrical and air conditioning services. We work with a wide range of clients across multiple industries.
Polar Industries has two directors, Daniel Condon and Ben Hyde. Daniel is the founder and first employee since commencement in 2004, with Ben starting with Polar in 2010 and later becoming a Director in 2015. Combined, Daniel and Ben have over 45 years experience in the two industries.
Quality & Honesty
We at Polar Industries pride ourselves on our quality of work, honesty and strong values. Polar Industries is a strong supporter of apprentices, having employed almost 50 apprentices at various stages of their trade and are proud to have helped them become successfully competent and trustworthy tradespeople.
With a fleet of 15 vehicles and a staff of over 30, we continue to grow while focusing on maintaining our respected reputation. Within our staff, we have three full time Supervisors who are dedicated to customer service and quality control, this allows us to maintain high standards of workmanship while remaining a cost-effective choice to all customers.
Our Scope
Our scope of work includes all aspects within our two industries. From small residential jobs, to new homes, to commercial construction and maintenance. We can manage jobs from small to large industrial. We service and maintain everything that we sell. When you deal with us, we take care of everything. From the initial design advice, consultation through to installation and after sales service.
We are Townsville’s preferred Daikin Dealer and we are proud to be the only Townsville Daikin dealer to have reached Club Daikin status.
